arrived on time. sent 2 servicemen to expedite this big job, did a very professional job installation took 3 and 1/2 hours as described to me, Amen Air will do all of my HVAC work now!

A/C was not cooling so called home warranty company; they sent Amen Air. Took a few days to get a response -- hence the C rating for responsiveness and punctuality, but to be fair that may have been due to warranty company. Tech seemed a little grumpy and not inclined to share much information, though he did get us up and running again. Diagnosed a refrigerant leak, which he fixed by adding sealant to the system & replenishing freon.

"I wanted to respond and say that when we receive a work order from American Home Shield we MUST respond the same day to make an appointment. We could never go 3 days without calling you or we would not work for them anymore. They have strict guidelines for us to follow and we do so regarding scheduling and information. I apologize if the tech appeared "grumpy" to you. :)"

I call and speak to Mike. He will come out the same day. He makes the repairs right away and will bill me for the work. They have fair prices. I have never had to call him back regarding his work. What he does the first time will fix the issue.
