Wrought Iron Service
I contracted with Tile & Metal Design in July 2008 to replace the gates. I paid them approximately one half of the total estimate up front. Installation was promised within one month. The gates were installed in mid October 2008 -- four months later. In December 2008, roughtly two months after installation, I noticed that the gates were rusting (I'd paid $300 extra to get paint that wouldn't rust). I called Mr. Narez and reported this fact to him. He promised to come back and repaint the gates. He never showed up to paint the gates. I continued to call him almost every week for eight months -- until mid August 2009. He no longer returns my calls.
