Stanley Steemer

The owner of Stanley Steemer of Marin/Sonoma, Carmen Bottigli, will not return my calls.   I am now filing a claim with the BBB and filing a report on Angie's List.   If these actions are ignored, my next step is to take legal action and take them to Small Claims Court. 

I have used them for years at three different places that I have lived. They are quick and do a good job. They are always able to get my carpets cleaned. They are careful when they do the job. They are reasonably priced too. I love them. They are the only ones I would use.

I have an ongoing service with them. When I first signed up for the service they did both of the rugs, however the second time they came out they did not want to do either rug. I had to call the company and get them to make sure that the rugs were both on my contract. When I called them and got all of that checked they came out the third time and only wanted to do one of the rugs. I have been frustrated just trying to get the service that I originally paid for.

They were able to get out stains and then deodorized. On time. comparable prices.

I have tried other companies over the years and no one can compare. They are cheaper and the quality of work is better. They did an unbelievably good job and they were able to remove all of the stains as well. They did an excellent job!

ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND EXPLAINED ALL THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. THEY CAME BACK TO RETREAT SOME AREAS AT NO CHARGE. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
