It's been over two years since my blinds from Gladys (Hunter Douglas brand) were installed and we're still super happy with them! Gladys is super awesome to work with and really cares about her customers! We had a slight hiccup in the process where one set of blinds came in the wrong color, at least as far as we expected. While the color we received did match her notes and we missed it in reviewing before ordering, she immediately took responsibility to resolve it and got us the blinds we wanted. Would happily call on Viu Window & Home again for any future window treatments!

The shutters arrived exactly six weeks from the day I ordered them. They were installed within a few days. Gladys, the sales representative, is wonderful! Her price was the best and the service was excellent. I am going to order more shutters for my house from her. My shutters are beautiful!

The repaired blind came back 10 inches short and was immediately send back to the factory for adjustment. Gladys bird dogged the HunterDouglas factory until they got it right. It is nice to have a sales person as your advocate when something goes wrong.

I extensively comparison shop and solicit multiple bids for home services. We were surprised and delighted that Gladys undercut three other companies that came by for consultation (including Costco). We've already contacted her for a second home that we'll be acquiring.
Gladys was prompt, professional and through. She kept us regularly advised on the arrival status of our shutters via phone or text because we were impacted by the Christmas holidays and the port slowdowns brought on by the 2014-2015 strike. Our shutters arrived earlier than her conservative forecast..
We're very happy with our shutters and the installation work that was done.

I recently purchased a new house and needed blinds for all of my windows. I contacted a couple of companies to bid my job. Gladys came to my home and measured all of the windows. She brought samples to my home. This was obviously not her first rodeo. A company that measured and bid the job the day before said it would take about 3 weeks to get the blinds from Hunter Douglas due to ordering just before Christmas. He provided a good bid price and assured me that (1) nobody could get the blinds installed sooner, and (2) nobody could beat his price. Wrong and wrong. Gladys crushed his price and they were installed within 10 days. Actually, installed the day after Christmas. Maybe she has a friend at the Hunter Douglas factory? Installed on time by two nice guys. Thanks again, Gladys.

I called Gladys of Viu Window and Homes and an in-home consultation was set up for the next day. I stated that we were interested in the Hunter Douglas Luminette Privacy Sheers.  She brought samples to our home and was very knowledgeable of the Luminette Privacy Sheers. I knew exactly what type of blinds we wanted, so only those were discussed. I rated the price as N/A, because I have no reference to compare her pricing to. She was the first and only person I contacted and we were very pleased with the product and her professionalism.

It turned out very well. The installation was complete in a day. I highly recommend them. Gladis is just amazing. She listens really closely to what people want and she’s able to translate that into the products that she has. She works tirelessly to make sure that your happy and that it’s done right. Their prices are extremely reasonable.

It went very well. We are very happy with the shutters. The bay window in particular is incredible! They were all custom windows which did make the process take a bit longer, but it was worth it. We will be calling them again because we expanded the house and have more windows to cover.

She is excellent.  She is very good.  Her interest in the customer, her ability to figure out my particular design style, her sense of color, and her professionalism stood out the most to me.  Her prices are good and competitive.  Her installers are very nice and seem very competent also.  If there is an adjustment needed, they are quick to respond.
