I always call them whenever I have a plumbing issue. They don't do really big jobs, but they are very good. A PGand E employee even recommended Turbo. I have also had them repair a pipe and repipe the gas line in the past.

Dennis did an emergency replacement of our water heater. I called in the morning and described our problem, which was a burst water heater with water pouring out. We discussed my situation and what was needed and he gave me a firm price and description of the work over the phone. He was very busy but said he would get out the same day, even though it may be late. It was late in the day, but they showed up and quickly did a great job including all the connections, earthquake ties, etc. Unfortunately when they turned the hot water back on, a pipe in the wall started leaking (not their fault). The plumber quickly identified the problem, cut open the wall and identified what needed to be fixed. The went and got the required pipes and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. No waiting until the next day. Overall a fantastic and responsive job at a reasonable price. They used quality water heater and materials!

Dennis returned our call within five minutes, but as he had many other emergencies that day. Our turn came at 7 pm. They assessed the situation, brought out the torch and extractor, replaced the faucet and put us back together in twenty minutes. He advised us how to proceed. Then they hurried away to yet another emergency call. We were very pleased with the experience and will certainly contact them first for emergency or planned plumbing projects.
