Specialized Heating & Air Conditioning

I will continue to use Specialized Heating & Air Condioning for future needs.

I was very impressed with Kevin from the beginning. He first came to provide a quote, but did much more than this. He not only did a very thorough inspection (opened it all up, checked the ducts etc..), he found some major problems. Apart from "typical" shoddy work, he found a big hole in our floor near the intake area! It was shocking to learn that we've been breathing musty air from underneath the house all this time, not only bad for the energy bill, but horrible for allergies. I was very grateful for this. When he came to do the installation, he was on time, covered the carpets, did an excellent job and vacuumed at the end. He and his work mate, Danny, were very friendly and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend him, not only because of his close attention to detail and quality work, but also because he's a genuine and upfront guy.
