This is the 3rd time we have used Ric/s services. He started when he said and finished before he said@ I would use him again.

We started in their show room and while their prices where middle of the road, their attention to detail was great. We had a general idea of what we wanted but they knew how to take advantage of the little things that make it a pleasure to live in the room. This review was written some years after they finished (due entirely to my slowness) and after all this time there is not a thing I would change in what Ric's did or how they executed it. After installation a few normal things came up and we created a punch list and out they came and took care of them all ... no fuss, no bother ... paid a little more and got great craftsmen.

They did an excellent job. They were efficient. They kept things clean. Somebody was here everyday. They got the job done in two and a half weeks. I actually had them recommended from a friend. They were pricey. They were probably a little bit more than we wanted to spend, but at the same time they did a very good job.
