One report reccommended us detailing what we wanted done and having him sign. We detailed, but did not have him sign, which was a mistake in that he left the crew for 2 hours. There was also a lot of cell phone ringing and talking which I don't think is very professional when you are on the job and have to stop continuously to answer a phone. Ramon thinks that his charm will carry him through difficulties, he is wrong. It is a turnoff. His crew and Elvis really tried to do their best. And for the most part, they did. He was also supposed to stay with his crew as to what needed to be done and he didn't. He was gone for 2 hours and my husband had to take the time to instruct the crew what to do. Not good. In addition, there were plants broken during the clean up and we emphasized to them to be very careful. How did this enterprise get a favorable report on Angies list? I am very disappointed in that this guy was not someone I would reccomend to anybody. Why is he on Angies list?

Needed write your own contract describing exactly the work to be done and get all parties to sign off before starting the job
