They explained the issues well but I am desperate to take any inspector. So, I would rate that it was fine. There was nothing complicated about the inspection with them. They had something really special that would have said being done or something by doing out of the rate. It would have been an inspection and any reason to inspect that would have done the same thing.

We are in the process of buying an older home and asked to get an inspection done as soon as possible by the seller. Property inspection team is the only company that I contacted with that was willing to come out on Saturday to perform the home inspection.
The inspection was  thorough  and complete. We are very pleased with their service.

My realtor contacted them and my appointment was made quickly and they came right on time. When we first came in they explained my options and what services they do and do not provide. We decided to walk along with them and they explained many things to us. When I got their full report, 27 pages, I remembered most of what they said and they even included pictures. The report was delivered on-line the next day and they written report in a binder was given to my realtor who gave it to me in a binder. Very nice and I will be able to keep it with other maintance items as they come up. They also do a ReCall check ( included in the inspection cost)on all the appliance to see if any appliances have safety issues and who/where you can call to get it done. You get this list which has manufacture #'s for the future. I did need to have them come back for a mold air test, which was extra money, but will give me some peace of mind. They took several air samples which will be sent to the lab for evaluation and I should hear soon.
