Terrence Moore was excellent to work with. Tearing off the old roof only took a couple hours or so. I had to run errands and was surprised it was all done when I came back AND all the debris were neatly swept up/swept clean.
The new seamless gutters are awesome. All of the neighbors have commented. I know I got a much better deal that surrounding neighbors who recently got new roofs & new gutters.
I was not sure what color to pick since we will be painting the house, but have no clue on what color. Terrence made a great recommendation on a neutral tile that matches a lot of colors. It looks fabulous and can't wait to get the rest of the house done so that it can look as good as the roof!
Only gave a "B" on professionalism because one neighbor mentioned that a worker was there around 10 pm on a Sunday night (we have a house-sitter, but often not there), and he had to ask him to leave.
Only added cost to original bid was the small amount of wood that needed to be replaced for $160. Terrence also handled the permit/inspection with the city.

I am updating my review (above) to upgrade Terrence from "B" on professionalism to an A. He let me know that he had been to the home in the evening in order to secure the roof for the prospect of rain that he had heard might be coming that night. I appreciate his diligence is coming over on a Sunday evening to make sure all was secure in case it rained.
