The springs on my garage door broke Friday evening and I requested quotes on Yelp. Dean was the only company who could replace the springs on Saturday. Dean called me at 1:24PM and told me he can be at my house between 4PM and 6PM. Dean arrived a little after 5:00PM and replaced the springs by 5:40PM. He even checked the hardware on the garage door, lubricated the rollers, and adjusted the motor of the garage door opener. Dean was very courteous & professional and took the time to answer all the questions we had about the garage door and its maintenance. Dean was quick to respond to my first call. I had a dilemma, an automatic gate that needed repair and three previous companies that came to look at it were all trying to rip me off and sell me a new $10,000 system I didn't need. Dean came out and repaired it promptly and efficiently with a minimum of hassle. He is professional, friendly, helpful and reliable. I found out that I needed a new garage door opener, which was causing the garage to lock up. The owner replaced the garage opener that same day, and it went smoothly, he accepts card too which was amazing because I don't usually have cash or checks lying around! He offered me to call anytime anything else pops up, and if I were to have any problems with the opener he would come back and take a look.
