+ -1 moreTHE VACUUM THAT I HAVE BEEN USING WAS A VERY OLD PIECE OF CRAP. THE COMPANY TRIED THERE BEST TO FIX IT BUT NOT LUCK. I HAVE TO BREAK DOWN AND BUY A NEW ONE. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WAS THERE WAS GREAT. JUST UPSET THAT I HAD TO SPEND MORE MONEY THAN THE ABOVE PRICE. NEEDED TO PAY FOR THE SERVICE AND FOR A NEW ONE.
Description of Work: THE VERY OLD VACUUM THAT I HAVE NEEDED TO GET FIXED. THE ROLLER AND THE HOLDER THAT HOLDS THE ROLLER IS WORN OUT AND NOT FIXABLE AS I FOUND OUT.
