The service they provided was excellent. One tech named Lee was able to clear my backed up building within an hour which was great news to my 64 residents. I also had some water heater concerns and they arranged for their expert on water heaters to stop by and explain what was going on. Booked another appointment and they solved my problem once again. I would completely recommend these guys as they serviced all my problems. Great company and better techs. Nice to deal with people that explain the real causes of my problems and not be vague so they can over charge me!

So extremely happy with how I was treated,and how much knowledge came from this gentleman Ted. He showed me what was wrong, and explained how the new part would fix it. Clearly would rather them work on my plumbing needs then most others.

The reason that I called him was because he is the plumber for the building that I live in. I thought they know the building and I had a good experience with them. It wasn't an emergency, but they treated it like an emergency and sent somebody over the same day that I called. He arrived late in the day and had to make several runs to the hardware store, because this is an old apartment and he fixed it. He was very polite and so far I haven't had another leak.

They came in to fix cartridges on leaking faucets , 4 in all. Gave me a 3 hour window. He didnt have the parts, so went for 1.5 hrs out to buy the parts and charged that time on me.
Failed to get the parts, so ordered them.
Came back 3 weeks later and took all of 30 mins to fix 4 cartriges. So the cost shld have been one hour's worth time, + parts but i paid 3 hrs on one day(which was a total waste), and 1 hr the second time.
I asked them to order more cartidges for me , he charged the entrire shipping to me,(did not show me the bill either).
I would NEVER use them again. They have zero integrity.

BEING A SINGLE MOM, I AM ALWAYS A LITTLE HESITANT TO CALL A SERVICEMAN OUT TO THE HOUSE. THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NICE & VERY HELPFUL. THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY & I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

WE HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK FROM THEIR EMPLOYEES. THEY MAY NOT BE 'THE CHEAPEST IN TOWN' BUT THEY GIVE SERVICE WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT TO US.
