I had several trees on my property that had not been trimmed in over 15 years and a couple that i wanted to remove. I hired Dryad (Torrey Young) to evaluate all of the trees and specify the exact pruning and removals needed. Torrey came to my house with a sales person from the tree service company he recommended for the pruning and removal work and they walked around the property with me as I asked about and received Torrey's recommedations for the specific work to be done on each tree. The sales manager wrote the proposal for the work and Torrey reviewed it for me, making corrections. I also had him recommend and specify some trees and shrubs to be planted. On the first day of work, Torrey arrived ahead of time and explained to me how the day would go. When the crew from the tree service company arrived, he walked the property again with the workers and went over all the work to be completed on my trees. He marked where new trees and shrubs were to be planted. Before the work was completed he came back and inspected, requested some adjustments to the pruning and consulted on the final plantings. I'm extremely happy with the results. It was a huge relief to have an expert on hand to make sure the right things were done.
