Direct Sales Floors Carpet One

It was a really good experience. I dealt with Yammi and she came out multiple times to measure as the project kept expanding. She helped me also to pick out the flooring that I needed and I ended up getting a really great quality and high-traffic capable flooring, which I needed. She was always punctual, communicative, and answered all my questions.

I had many problems. It took much longer to get the wood than they told me. The estimate of the amount needed was short and then I had to wait even longer for the rest of the wood. I wanted the Select grade and they used a cheaper grade. Since the floor was mostly installed when I got home from work, I did not want to have it ripped out and start over (delaying the project yet again), but it took almost six months before a factory rep came to verify that the wrong grade was installed. Their offer at that point was to subtract the difference between the cost of the two grades and not charge me for the ''extra'' wood needed that had not been in the original contract. The two lower stairs are angled, and instead of making the cut so the angle would meet at the stair edge, it was awkwardly angled. I will not use Direct Sales again.
