He was prompt to return the call, was busy that week came in next week and gave the quote over the phone. Found him professional enough and asked him to proceed with the work. Gave me pre and post work pics as well. Never seen him but got the work done.

We bought a probate house that needed some serious work. Mark was onsite every day and he also called us every day. He is the best contractor I have ever worked with. He worked around our schedule and his customer service was like superb. He answered every question I had, and he did not talk down to me. He was polite and conscientious.andI cannot say enough good things about him.
