We have worked with Carl Cantrell in the past to refinance and after shopping around we found that he had the best prices and was the best person to work with. He made the who process run smoothly, he even brought the paper work to our home at our convince to sing. We will use him again in the future.

AS A NEW HOME OWNER, MY EXPERIENCE WITH LESLIE RUIS, LOAN OFFICER, WAS NOT A GOOD ONE. SHE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE MADE ME WAIT WHILE SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH PERSONAL CALLS AND SHE WAS UNPREPARED FOR ME TO SIGN PAPERWORK. SHE HAD ME SIGN THE FORMS AGAINST THE SIDE OF A WALL.
