Scope of work: (1) House roof tear off & replacement with asphalt shingles, (2) replace, frame & install skylight, (3) replace rotted wood roof on shed. Overall a stress free experience. Professional, responsive to all questions & concerns, quality workmanship. Owner/operator with long time crew eliminates the concern of using a company that has a constant rotation of new hires with little to no skill, experience, or care about doing a good job. Would definitely recommend Randy & Lou . In fact, I've already recommended them to a friend.

They also did an excellent job straightening crooked downspouts. What I didn't mention was that a new gutter installed by contractor leaked. When Bostok & Williams discovered that, they knew exactly what needed to be done and repaired it quickly. Did a water test after and not one drop of water was found outside the gutter and downspout. Excellent work - excellent.

I received two quotes and theirs was higher by a few hundred dollars. I still picked them because they specialize in roofing and their work shows it. They replaced the highly damaged roof on our studio. Whoever installed it first did a terrible job and the bad job was apparent both cosmetically and functionally. Randy and his crew did an amazing job and installed the correct type of roof for the structure of the studio. When our main house needs roof work I'm calling Randy again. Highly recommended.

Apparently the roofing was installed incorrectly around my skylight years ago when it was replaced (before be residency started here). Now, I have to deal with fixing it. Luckily, I found B&W on Home Advisors. Troy & Randy were able to come out quickly to give an estimate AND fix it before the rain came. Affordable price and he didn't have to stay that long.

Randy Williams is a straight talking, well experienced and reasonably priced handy/construction man. He cleaned up and mostly redone a botched stucco/ molding/ fascia board job that was left behind by a different sloppy contractor. I've hired Randy again to install new roof gutters too and have more coming down the pipeline if I'm lucky enough to catch his availability. I intend to keep hiring him...
