Mark discussed the best solution for my leaking gutters. He was pleasant and patient in my discussions with him. The new gutters he replaced and downspouts installed looked great and matched the existing gutter work. He capped off the old downspout piping and painted the new gutter work.

Completed as scheduled on 6/25 Very satisfied with the work done. I was not looking for the cheapest price as I was more concerned with using local business, work quality and ease in dealing with contractor.

Randy and his worker were thorough and clean. He took the time to explain what he did.

The job went fairly smooth. Because of the existing tar and gravel roofing the job was kind of a mess. But the guys did try to keep it as cleaned up as possible. All my neighbors have commented how nice the job looks. The only thing you can really see are the new facia and gutters, but it is very clean and attractive. I have been on the roof to inspect the job and it looks professionally installed. After 3 weeks of rain I haven't seen any leaks into the eve areas so I think we are good to go and the job was done right.

They came over right away and made the estimate, which they honored. The people who came were very nice, the work was done with a minimum of hassle, though hammering over your head is always stressful. They finished when they said they would, and clean up was excellent. One worker made a mess by removing the garage roof without tarping our stuff. It was sort of our fault, as we did not think of that, but the owner did not warn us either. He said they usually do cover everything with tarps, but this worker did not know. We have already recommended Bostok and Williams to an acquaintance.

In one word--irresponsible. We have to constantly call to ask for the permits and to have the last down spout completed.
