 + -1 moreI called Jorge on 4/21 and asked for an estimate. He promised to come between 5-6pm. At 6:30 I called him and asked where he was. He told me he was late. (duh). He arrived at 7:00 and spent a half hour educating me about his interest in doing things "right" and not cutting corners like other contractors. He promised a bid by noon the next day. Noon the next day came and passed. I left Voicemails, no response. Noon the following day, he called and promised a bid by 2:00 pm. 2:00 came and passed. The next day came and passed...
Description of Work: I wanted him to install a 4-ton A/C in my home.
