The store technician, Kassi, gave me over an hour of personal time to figure out my problems and help to streamline my computer. She was incredibly helpful and patient, and did not charge me for the extra assistance at all! I received far more personalized attention than I would have expected, in a relaxed atmosphere. This was a completely positive experience, compared to some horrible ones I've experienced in the past year with other computer services.

I initially contacted Nathan by email, after seeing his ad in local publications. My goal was to find out whether my laptop was worth upgrading so I could put off investing in a new computer for a while. After a few exchanges, including his advising me that I'd already installed the maximum RAM and that I shouldn't spend too much $$ on a 5-year-old laptop (which is still functioning fine, and still seems new to me!), I decided to go forward with a hard drive upgrade. This was essentially a leap of faith in trusting my lapto p to a service provider who seemed trustworthy and knowledgeable. Nathan is affiliated with a larger Apple retailer, and is himself a licensed Apple reseller (this helped the trust level). He rewarded my trust with prompt service and good, clean work. He's in the process of opening a brick & mortar store-that's where I'll purchase my new desktop when I'm ready.
