Sunset West was very prompt in returning my initial inquiry (within 2 hours). The female person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and seemed to understand my problem. She scheduled an appt. for the next day and told me the name of the person who would be coming. Russ and his assistant were prompt, explained the problem easily to me, outlined what needed to be done and gave me an approximate and easy-to-understand breakdown of the costs. They worked quickly and the work was completed in 2 to 3 hours. Russ went over the changes with me, explained the water drainage and "dry-up" time, showed me the sprinkler timing he reset and advised certain time levels for certain areas of the yard. The front yard sprinkler heads were not in the original estimate. The damaged sprinkler heads were revealed when Russ did a sprinkler check on the new installation. He just charged me cost on the sprinkler heads. He did not add labor.
