Steve was on time, great pricing and performed all my request professionally and very customer friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent service! I am so happy with all his work and would use him again and recommend him to all!

Did a great job! I submitted a request for an estimate via the website, and got a detailed bid per item on my list within a few hours. Very responsive to phone calls. The work was done very well. He went over with me before he hung anything and made sure it was exactly where I wanted it before he proceeded. (If I needed it centered, for example, he figured out exactly where the center was by measuring - no eyeballing/approximations).
I was very happy with the service. In fact, I tripped a circuit (because I had too many things plugged in at once) later that night with the ceiling fan. Steve came back out right away to verify the install was done correctly, and then helped me troubleshoot and figure out what had gone wrong, and didn't even charge for the second visit, even though the problem was actually my fault. That is service you don't see very often.
It's hard to find a good handyman with reasonable prices. Steve is very good, and clearly very experienced. I would highly recommend him.

There will little things that ended up being a bit off, like one of the screen handles fell off, the mailboxes were installed a little low, a hook on the wall was installed before I had a chance to tell them where to put it, and a towel rack fell off after it was repaired, but I'm still happy to have most of my handyman jobs done at a very reasonable price. When I pointed out that one of the screens he repaired was ripped, he offered to patch it and then (re)re-screened it for me. I think the key would be for me to have clear communication about each request, but that's always the case. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this handyman. He was professional (wore a uniform shirt) and on time. He'd only work 4 hours maximum, which ended up including a trip to the store to get more supplies, so there were things left undone. I will reschedule a time in the future to do these jobs -- some cabinet work. I think he's very versatile in the kinds of things he does. And because he's professional and reasonably priced, he's the kind of handyman I like to work with and rarely have found.
