Presidential was contracted by First American Home Warranty to resolve the above issue with my hot water heater. Presidential promptly scheduled an appointment. The technician arrived on time, listened to the problem description, told me that the water heater needs to be replaced, took a photo of the appliance, said he would report the diagnosis to the home warranty company, call me back and schedule the work. He collected the $75 fee per my warranty agreement and then reported the issue resolved with First American. Presidential is not returning my phone calls.

We used them to fix our hot water heater. The technician came back three times and the last two said he has no clue. I asked if he called Bradford white - the manufacturer of our heater and he did not and would not. This is a lazy *** technician. They literally left me with my pants down - dirty. We were stuck with no hot water (showers) for 10 days. Luckily we had other means to keep clean. They never picked up the phone to call me back and update me on the situation. If I could give them a negative 5 I would. The next company we used came out and fixed the issue in 20 minutes. It was a control valve. They said they would have called the manufacturer if they were not able to diagnose the issue - it’s common sense in the industry. Any way I am sure they are good at unclogging fescies.
