Frady General Contracting

Clint is easy going and was very helpful in the planning stage. It is obvious that he takes pride in his work and business, as well as do his workers.  
The workers were courteous, respectful, and efficient. My wife was comfortable having them in the house throughout the process; they kept us informed when they would be arriving and what would be happening next.
All work was performed as contracted and we are delighted with the result.

The bathrooms were in terrible condition. The hall bathroom had only a bathtub but had been being used like a shower destroying the wall. The light in the bathroom had its wiring exposed and the tub had begun leaking. In the smaller jack and jill bathroom the shower had a non stop drip and needless to say both bathrooms were ugly as sin. We interviewed 4 different contractors and Clint was by far the most professional in his approach. He measured and gave us a detailed estimate, answering any questions we had. His crew is great, they were very thorough and answered all of our questions. I was really surprised at how clean they left the work area. They tile work they did is beautiful and all aspects of both bathrooms were handled beautifully. Clint gave a estimated four week time to completion for both bathrooms which I'm very happy to say they honored. We honestly are extremely pleased with the quality of the work performed as well as the quality of the people who did the work. The transaction from start to finish was smooth and we're extremely satisfied customers. If you're looking for a good general contractor you should definitely give Frady General Contracting a call.

In 2007 we just had our first baby and wanted to convert our tandem garage into a playroom. Clint had THE BEST price and was an incredible person to work with- family oriented and understood our needs. He finished the room in less than a week and was extremely clean to make sure that our newborn was safe. In 2011 we had a flood and had to re do the entire upstairs. We now had 3 kids under 4 yrs old and was placed in a hotel. Clint again understood our circumstance and worked efficiently to get us back in our home. We wanted to add rooms to accomodate our growing family and Clint came up with creative designs that worked in our budget. He also did the repair work from the flood to the first floor. He EXCEEDED our expectations! We would HIGHLY recommend Clint Frady to anyone who wants a hardworking, fair, family oriented person.

They were punctual. He was knowledgable about the problem.

From the time of initial bid by Frady General Contracting we were made to feel comfortable with the company and provided with a very detailed bid of approximately 10 pages. Frady and I went back and forth a few times on the bid to clarify some details as I desired. This was a very good experience and Frady was very approachable and timely with responses as requested.

After the contract was signed (the contract was well drafted by Frady and needed no revisions from my side) a nominal deposit to start was provided and the work was started soon thereafter.

Frady did all of the work with the city to pay the city fees for construction and getting the plans approved.
After approval the work started promptly.

We were very pleased with Frady in that the firm provided a work trailer (which held their tools, etc) which was placed in our driveway for the duration of the construction. This helped with their efficiency in that most tools needed were on site.
Also, there was no dumpster necessary to be placed in the street, since Frady had a refuse trailer which was brought over as needed (usually at least once a week if not more often) to clear debris from the work site. That was really nice!

The work crew (a job Foreman and at least one other helper) were always on site and very great to work with. The foreman and crew showed up always on time and on a daily schedule unless work could not be performed on any day due to weather or for logistical reasons. At the end of each day the crew performed a work site clean up so the site was always relatively clean and did not build up refuse and debris.

At no time did we feel uncomfortable with our choice of construction contractor and crew, we always received prompt response if we had any questions or needed guidance or clarification regarding the ongoing work process.

The contract was well written with clearly defined milestones and their payment scheduling and this helped to feel good that the work was performed to my satisfaction prior to the progress payment. I never felt that I needed to hold back any payment for any reason since the work was always done in a timely fashion and with the highest quality of both workmanship and service.

In the end the scope of work performed by Frady to complete our remodel/addition was done with extreme professionalism and integrity. We are very satisfied with the end product and would not hesitate to do it all again with this same contractor. We highly recommend Frady General Contracting!

Fradey Construction was professional at all times. He was honest and gave his professional opinion. He followed through with everything he said he was going to do in a timely manner.

The process was smooth, Frady General Contracting gave us a prompt detailed estimate, and performed the work to a high standard and to our specifications. They were pleasant to work with and Clint (the owner) was always easy to get a hold of. With the exception of a change of foreman in the latter half of the project everything was very smooth, and even that did not delay the process significantly.

Clint Frady is not only a general contractor to our family, but he has become a life long friend. He went above and beyond what I consider to be the normal responsibilities of a contractor. Clint started a remodel on our fireplace which included, relocating the fireplace, installing cabinetry surrounding it and tile work on the front of the fireplace, and a mantle of course. In the process of that remodel, he found some very hazardous conditions existed in our new home. There was dangerous electrical work which needed to be done immediately, as it posed a significant fire danger. We were having wall fires that we were not aware of. He had to completely rewire all of our outlets and switches. There was also a problem with a natural gas line that could have caused our house to explode. He literally saved our families lives, by his knowledge and swift action. Also he put in a drainage system in our front yard, Repaired a water line by the foundation of our home. In addition to all the problems he discovered, and corrected, he was still able to meet the deadline we had set for him. We had family coming into town to see our new home for Thanksgiving. How can you ever thank someone for saving your home and lives of the people you love and still meeting our deadline. He built a doll cabinet for my sisters doll collection and a new handicapped shower for her as well. He has a lot more work to do here in the future and as far as we are concerned. We would never even consider using any other contractor, not only is he our superhero, but he does great work.

Probably the most pleasant construction experience we've had (and we've built 3 homes from scratch). Clint and Sam and all their guys were there every day, on time, were over-the-top neat and were pleasant to deal with. They were excellent to consult with us on any questions they had, and were equally pleasant in answering the questions we had for them. The originally contracted job was completed before the scheduled time. The only reason that the whole job went over schedule was because we didn't have the total picture in mind before we started and then we were so happy, that we added several items after the contracted job was complete. We are considering building an addition to our home and if we do, then we will most definitely keep Clint at the top of our list!

Terrific. From first phone call to finished yard was a very good experience. Demolition of yard, building of slumpstone wall, cutting old wrought iron, repairing, painting and reinstalling on new wall. Pouring of cement, new stone bench and stone around new patio. Built approx. 72' of pergola around entire back yard. Repair of leaking garage door. All workers (two cement/stone and two carpenters) were professional, cleaned up after themselves and were lots of fun! Mr. Frady also joined in the work on occasion. Any request I had was taken care of immediately. And my opinion counted! I was asked if things were the way I expected, and did it look good? If I wanted a different stone in a certain location, it was taken care of quickly. While demo of yard, we found broken drain pipes but they were fixed quickly. Workers showed up on time, worked very, very hard during their shifts and kept the place as clean as possible. They even put up temporary fence each day to keep my three dogs from wandering.
