They explained the features of the window, the price was fair and the installation went smooth. My wife said the installers were very professional, and I later found out that they are employees of Tri City - not contracted. I will be having them replace more windows in the future.

Our condo building has its original 1982 metal framed windows. The tracks had gotten gummed up and we couldn't afford to replace the windows, so we had them "serviced" to make them roll more easily in their tracks. After getting turned down by many companies because they wanted to replace (not fix) the existing windows, we got estimates from two smaller firms who came by for an estimate. This company's estimate was both less expensive and a great deal more thorough than the other company's. In addition, while doing their estimate and walking through the units, they unstuck a window which had been frozen shut for 20 years, all for free. They replaced all the rollers (which meant looking around for parts for windows that were no longer manufactured), cleaned the tracks, and made things go smoothly. The entire building was very pleased.

They were easy to work and very professional. I had a small broken window on the second story that needed to be replaced. A repair wasn't possible because the window was a dual-pane window. They provided an initial quote over the phone based on my sizing guess and a final cost after their crew came to accurately measure it. The initial measurements some how got lost so the crew had to return one more time to remeasure the window. It was special ordered and a crew came to install it about a week later. Installation took about 30 minutes. The installer had to go both outside and inside the house to reach the window and brought booties for when he was indoors.

They were professional when they came to quote the job and answered any questions we had. They worked with us to get the right windows for our budget and within our time frame. The installers were efficient, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. It was a good experience.

IT WAS JUST A WINDOW IN A GUEST ROOM. UNLESS I KNOW SOMEONE IS COMING, I DON'T VACUUM. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO WANTS SOMEONE TO DO DEPENDABLE WINDOW WORK. THEY DO ALL KINDS OF GLASS. THE WORKERS ARE VERY NEAT, TIDY AND TOOK EVERYTHING AWAY, AND THERE WASN'T A MESS.
