P.A. Arca Engineering, Inc. is a full service Civil Engineering and Land Surveying company that has been serving southern California for over 25 years. We have a small but experienced team of 10 employees that has done work for both the private and public sectors. We welcome any sub-contracting opportunities.

We offer the full range of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services, such and Property Line surveys, height certifications, ALTA surveys, Topographic Surveys ( also called Architectural Surveys), Construction Staking, Grading and Drainage Plans, Subdivision, Lot Line Adjustments, SWPPP, SUSMP, and Public Works Design. We use the latest Technology in Computer Aided Drafting/Software and GPS Survey Equipment. We also offer free estimates and preliminary consultation for your project.
