Deep Scrub Carpet and Upholstery Owner Jay and his father arrived at my home on time and did a very good job in getting several stains out of my two area rugs and bedroom carpet. The results were impressive because I have two young dogs and kids who spill things. Both were very polite and professional. Unfortunately the large living room rug was still very damp after they finished and, though the fans were left on, it didn't dry well and began to smell within 24 hours. The following day I sent Jay a text message asking if leaving the area rug outside with freshener would save it. He said yes, that the rug must not have gotten enough ventilation. I did just that but the smell stayed. Several days later I sent another text advising him that leaving the rug outside and spraying it with Freebreeze and rug powders did not work. Jay responded saying he was out of town until the 1st of the month but would take care of it. I waited a week, and then emailed Deep Scrub at the address Angie?s list provided and asked whether they planned to honor their word about "taking care of it?. 11 days passed with no response from Deep Carpet and Upholstery. I can take a hint. The large rug is now rolled up in the corner because when anyone (or dog) sits on it they begin to smell too. Bottom line, Deep Scrub Carpet and Upholstery does good work just don't expect them to come back if anything goes wrong.

Wow..! The guys did it! THey got the 5 stains out of the carpet in my van.. Record time, and a GREAT price!

Whew.... Before my couches were "stained" from my cat - but NOW they look d*** near NEW again!!! They did the work in greatest time for me to finish up what I had to do today - and for that I am thankful.....

Overall, I was very impressed with the SPEED, EFFICIENCY and KNOWLEDGE of these guys!! I would DEFINITELY recommend the to anyone who is looking for a FANTASTIC DEAL at a reasonable price!
