Awful with a capital A. The day of my first appointment to get installed, I was called in the morning and told that they had overbooked that day, and that I was being rescheduled to the following week. Next week came and tech was about to put the satellite on the roof, and then it started to rain and dispatch made all the techs suspend installs. Technician said to call back if the rain stopped, and he would come back out and complete. Rain stopped, I called and said they would be back between 4-5pm. 5:30pm rolled around and nobody had showed, so called the main office, and they said the tech would not make it out and conveniently had forgotten to call to inform me of this. Had to reschedule again for a week later, but at this point going to explore DISH as the service from this local office is worse than any big cable company. DirecTV has given me over $150 in freebies to stay a customer, but so disenchantment with ConnecTV I'm not sure if is enough.

RESPONSE TIME WAS IN THE TIME FRAME THEY I WAS GIVEN. CAME IN AND CHECKED OUT OUR SATELLITE DISH AND SYSTEM AND FOUND OUT THAT BOTH BOXES HAD TO BE REPLACED. THEY HAD THE EQUIPMENT AND REMOVED AND REPLACED THEM WITHIN MINUTES.
