This was a nightmare. The contractor came in, did demo in a few rooms, and would leave the rooms demoed and inoperable for weeks at a time. The only time the owner responded was when we got rude with him. He would come in, partially finish something, and start demoing something else before he finished. To date, he's only completed 100% of the two rooms he was suppose to complete and it's taken him over a year to do that. During this year, he's managed to demo and half complete a few other rooms but for each demo he does, there is at least 2-6 months of living with destroyed rooms while begging him to come and finish. You pretty much can bank on getting 3-8 hours of work a WEEK for the weeks he does show up, then plan for 3 -10 weeks in between THOSE work weeks. NIGHTMARE!! We finally had to go to a third legal party to get him to finish the work and it's still not finished. I can't say much about the proceedings because we're still dealing with this company but I will say this - do NOT work with this company unless you have endless time and money.
