Great! He was quick and courteous. They arrived within the window of time they provided, and got right down to business. He drained the washer, removed the clog. Best part is that he took the time to run the washer again to make sure the drain was totally clear. Good thing he did, because it promptly clogged again. He cleared that second blockage out, and it's been working perfectly ever since! Very thorough.

I searched the area for gas oven installers. None of the word of mouth referrals answered my inquiry. Found The Factory on Angie's list. They answered the phone! Said they could do the work and were ready to schedule an appointment within days (I had been searching for 1 month), referred me to an excellent guy for the duct work. Installer was obviously an expert in his field, worked hard and efficiently; clean. By the end of the day was friendly, talkative and informative. |Would definitely go back for future appliance install or repair and possibly purchase. |

There was no fancy uniform or confusing fast talk about the problem. They diagnosed the problem and provided us with information about our options. This was good old fashioned service at a very fair price. We would not hesitate to use them again for any future problems.
