I called Livingreen to find out about recycled cotton insulation and they went over the pricing on the phone. The prices are in line with what I was finding at other stores for the same product. They said to let them know when I was ready to order. I called back to set up a drop off time delivery which was extra, The charge had been mentioned by them before. They were able to drop off the 10 bundles of insulation I needed with less than three day notice but could only give me a four hour delivery window. I asked if they could call when they were within 30 minutes of the house. The call never came and they did deliver at the end of the four hour window. That would be my only complaint otherwise everything was as expected. Installing cotton insulation was much better than dealing with itchy fiberglass.
