Putnam Cleaning

Cleaners arrived a bit late, but there was road construction. Cleaned all the windows, including those hard-to-reach ones that involved ladders on our sloping driveway. They did a thorough job without leaving any streaks on the siding or any water where it shouldn't be inside -- e.g. protecting the wooden window sills. And cleaned the screens well. Most of the windows sparkled, altho there were a couple that were in the shade and hard to see with some smudges inside. Happily they were easy to reach for our touch-up. John always drops by after the workers are finished to ensure that the job was done properly, as he did this time. He is always very willing to make any problem right either by redoing the work or adjusting the bill. We are very glad to have a reliable window-washing firm, as we can't manage the height. Plus we just aren't very good at washing windows. We consider it money well spent.
