Todd was very flexible and worked around our schedule with turning off the water to the house.  We weren't able to leave during the time he was exchanging the pipes so he worked room by room.  He communicated with us through out the whole process and everything was completed in a professional manner. Todd was very honest and thorough in describing everything he was going to do. We are very pleased with the whole experience.

Met me promptly on the jobsite with all materials needed. Job was done on time with no added charges. Total price of the job was significantly less than another well-known company proposed. Todd showed keen interest in doing the job right, and he met with the Building Inspector on his own time. I was so impressed that I gave him a tip. He will work weekends if that's what it takes to keep a customer satisfied. A family man with refreshing business ethics!

I had checked Lowe's, Home Depot and Sears and called a few other vendors prior to calling Todd. None of which were competive with Todd's prices. I called Todd to get an estimate for replacing my water heater, he mentioned he would be doing a job close to my home and would come out and give me a free estimate. The next day he called and came to my house to give me an estimate. He went into detail what would need to be replaced and how long it would take to do the job. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I decided to go with Todd because he was very professional, friendly and his estimate was very competative. Another reason I went with Todd was because he's a licensed plumber and knew what needed to be done. Before he left we set up the date and time for the water heater to be replaced and he was here that day on time. Todd brought everything he needed to do the job, he even went out of his way to find a board at his home to add for additional support at the base of the water heater as the old board had started to sag. He replaced my water heater and went over how to adjust the tempature, the warranty of the water heater and his warranty on the installation. He also explained that sometimes the pipes expand and restract and I should check for leaks a few days after installation and he would come out and fix the leak free of charge. I didn't have to call him, no leaks were found.

In our conversation I asked Todd about cleaning the pipes in my home and what he would charge, he explained that the pipes only need to be cleaned if there is a clog. He also explained what I needed to do to keep a clog from happening. I was very impressed that he was honest and didn't want to take money for something that didn't need to be done.

Todd is a great and honest businessman. I would definitely recommend him and definitely be using his services in the future if needed. He's someone that can be trusted to do a good honest job.

Todd was impressive from the start. Always on time, knows his trade and excellent at explaining the process to someone who does not know plumbing. Todd and his assistant, Jimmy, worked very hard and did a great job. My house is on a raised foundation, so they literally had to crawl around under my house for days to get the old pipe out and put in the new. They were always on time, polite, and efficient. They worked long days when necessary to get the job completed. I would use Todd again for any plumbing needs.
