I like the quality of the work. I was a little disappointed with the price.

Everything we asked Anderson Plumbing to do was done in a timely manner.

He is excellent and he has the knowledge to tackle any plumbing problem. He has a very fast response times and his prices are locally competitive. I will use him again in the future and I tell everyone that I know to give him a call if they have any plumbing problems.

I have used Anderson's since 1982 and I am very happy with their work. They are always available and have good prices. Their customer service is beyond compare and they are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The company agreed to split travel costs with another resident on our street - they never did but instead billed both of us for the same travel. By the way, travel time is billed at the normal labor rate of $84/ hour. Out of everything to be done, the only thing done correctly was installing the hose bibs. Plumber did not have materials needed to complete the other jobs, even though he knew what jobs were supposed to be done. Lack of materials required a second trip. The company called us back to say the plumber was ready to come out to finish the job. When he returned, he said they had not allotted him the time to complete everything so it would require a third trip out (with travel charge.) Out of the three hours that the plumber spent at our house, we were billed for 6.5 hours, even though it is less than 30 minutes travel time. Called to talk with owner and he credited 1 hour but has NO customer service attitude. This company is terrible - I recommend anyone else first!
