Steamin Clean

It was very good. The cleaner knew what he was doing and gave knowledge about how to care for my carpet & upholstery in the future. He even left a free bottle of carpet spotter. Really enjoying my clean fresh carpets and sofa.

The white carpet in my living/dining rooms hadn't been professionally cleaned in the 10+ years I've had it in, so I decided it was time to have the work done. Overall the carpet was in good shape but it had some wear from the traffic pattern and a few more recent pet accidents from my girlfriend's dog. I went with Eric's recommendation to use the low-moisture method to do the cleaning so that it would take less time to dry. I had cleared much of the furniture and vacuumed the night before in preparation. Eric took his time and spent around five hours in total treating the carpet and specially spot treating the urine spots. The results were impressive, with the urine spots gone and the carpet bright white and most traces of the traffic pattern removed.
Upstairs, the master bedroom carpet is much newer and in better shape. The cleaning there just restored it to a nearly new appearance. Other carpets in the house are newer or hardly ever used, so no cleaning was necessary at the time.
Eric also followed up after the job and offered to re-treat any areas with which I wasn't satisfied at no charge.

Eric was professional and friendly. He tested the sofa material before he started the process to make sure there wouldn't be a problem. He put blankets down to protect the hardwood floor and began spraying the sofa. He took his time to make sure the coverage was nice and even. He gave me a bottle of spot cleaner that could be used on carpet or upholstery when he left and said I had any problems or questions please call him. The next day the sofa was dry and looked great. I would definitely hire him again (in fact I have a chair coming in a couple of weeks that I will have him do)
