Some time ago a spa man (NOT CARL) came by to fix the spa and since I am on Social Security, I couldn't afford it. He told me to order one on line and have a family member replace it. Well, I ordered it on line (at a cost of $280) and when it arrived I was in the hospital. After a couple of months of rehab, I called Spa Magic to put in the pump. CARL WAS WONDERFUL! He recognized that I had ordered the wrong pump, but the onlone parts service REFUSED to take it back! Carl knew I couldn't afford to waste that money so he volunteered to try to make the pump I ordered work. He couldn't ... but he didn't charge me a cent for all the work he attempted on my behalf. Now he is trying to find a place to take the "wrong" pump so that I can save some money. CARL HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND for me!! While I don't know what the final cost will be, I do know that I can trust him and that it will be a very fair price. Now I know he can't do this every time, but his heart is big and he should be rewarded for that! So I plan to tell the world about him and his professional/personal kindness. Did I mention that CARL IS WONDERFUL? He is!
