They were good. They came right out and changed the part with no problem. Their friendliness and professionalism impressed me the most. Their cleanup was really good.

We paid about $1100 for their services. I have already recommended them. I rate them very highly. They were on Angie's List. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Our garbage disposal quit working; after trying all of the usual fixes I finally realized there was a screw jammed in the disposal and it wasn't coming out. Since the unit was 8 years old, decided to replace. Called Snappy Rooter and they gave us a time-certain arrival (no two-hour window) and were on-time. The work was done quickly, the plumber was courteous, and even cleaned up after the work was done. Very pleased with the work and would use again.

Mike did an amazing job replacing my water heater. He stuck by his quoted price, even though he couldn't get a 30 gallon model locally. He pulled some strings and came up with a better 40 gallon unit for the same price. They showed up early, did a nice clean installation, and now I have plenty of hot water.

I called late on Monday afternoon, spoke to Mike and he came out with another person the next day to fix it. They gave me a two hour window when they would come out and offered to call me about 30 minutes before they got there so i could stay at work as long as possible. They were there when I pulled up. Very professional. It was not an easy clog to fix because of access issues. they kept me informed of what was going on, got everything fixed and cleaned it up within an hour (at the most). They also replaced the cap with something I could take off myself and said that if my sink gets clogged in the future, I could take that off temporarily and put a bucket under it to catch the sink water while I wait for a plumber to come out and take care of the clog. They also did not deviate from the quote I received over the phone. They were helpful, quick and professional.

THIS COMPANY DOES GREAT WORK. THEY CAME OUT TO MY HOME RIGHT AWAY AFTER I CALLED THEM. THE PRICING WAS GOOD FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS BEFORE THEY LEFT.
