Dave Sloan, owner and on-site contractor worked well to keep the project on schedule. If there was questions, he was right there to provide answers and many times offered great suggestions. if you noticced something you didn't like, he would address it immediately. He is a task master, and as such, the project moved along at a steady pace to the projected compeletion date. As an example, after the contract was completed, I noticed a small plumbing problem in one of the bathrooms, called Dave and the next morning, 8 AM sharp, Dave and his plumber were at my door and problem was soon fixed.

Dave Sloan was always the first person on site, would go over the day's plan and was always responsive to questions. If changes or modifications were an issue, Dave would discuss consequences and always left the final decision to my wife or me. I have used Sloan Construction on three fairly large re-model jobs, two at our current location and one at a previous location. I have found Dave's estimates to be fair, accurate and reasonable.

I had Dave install a new slider at my home last year and i was so pleased with his work and construction knowledge and ability, it was a no brainer when my daughter bought a home here in town and I hired him to do the same for her as a house warming gift.
in my daughter's words"I have the most awesome door ever and Mr. Sloan was Supper Nice". It looks like it was built with the house. We will definitely call him back as we start our kitchen and bath remodels.

Had a great experience. Dave is prompt, professional, and friendly. And, he does great work. I would highly recommend him again and intend to contact him if I have larger jobs in the future.

Dave, organized and coordinated working on the project with George Mulder. There combined efforts have fully repaired the structural damage and replaced the hardwood flooring so that it perfectly blends in with the existing floors. The repair of the refrigerator cabinet is perfect, and looks better than when originally installed. This is due to Dave deciding that the repaired cabinet siding should have baseboard molding that matches the molding on the adjacent banquette. Dave searched all over town to find that molding and the finished project looks great.

Dave was always prompt and professional during my project. Dave is very friendly and always has time to answer any questions and/or concerns and provides information to my full satisfaction. I wanted as little trim as possible and Dave actually took the time to custom fit each window to comply with my request. My husband always said that a dog could tell a persons character and didn't trust anyone that the dog didn't like. No problem here cause Lucy and Ted (our dogs) just loved Dave.

Mr. Sloan came out and measure my door and sent me to look at the selection of Milgard doors at Dick's Rancho Glass. I selected a door, he gave me the price and we scheduled the job. He told me when the door would be delivered and he met the driver and carried it in. He was very prompt, Proffessional, neat and meticulus about each stage of the project . When the door was in the stucco man was there that day to patch it. Dave installed the mouldings, touched up my paint and had my alarm reconnected. He also hauled away all the debris. It looks wonderfu,l and boy can I feel the difference in insulation. Oh yeah, Dave always made time to say" Good Morning" to my kittie Precious and give him some stratches.: )
