"Thank you [Removed Member Name]! I apologize I didn't respond right away. It seems Angie's List is changing some things and I never received notification you had left a review. We are glad you are pleased with the work and hope you choose to do business with us in the future."
"Hello [Member Name Removed], It seems you may have confused us with another company. We do not have your name in our database and have not completed any work at this address on October 31st, 2016 or any other day for that matter."
Matt showed up with an assistant on time, took measurements, gave me a break down of the pricing and, with my approval, went about cleaning the tiles. There were a few issues that popped up that he pointed out to me and explained to me which was great. He was prompt and professional! His pricing was very reasonable for the job he performed.
I would definitely use SacSurfacePro again!

"Thank you for your business and for writing a review! Feel free to contact me if you have any cleaning questions."
The wrong kind of cleaner was used on the beautiful marble in my master bathroom (housekeepers don't seem to know anything about it). It's large, maybe 400 sq. ft. It took two days to repair and refinish. Matt did a wonderful job repairing and refinishing plus he educated my household (including housekeepers) on what to use and what not to use to keep the floors, shower clean and shiny. He also provided cleaner for us to use.
I am using him again on other surfaces outside!!
have been more impressed with Matt and Chad’s work!! They were amazing—very professional,
hardworking, and patient (initially, I had a TON of questions)!! They were also quick to address any
concerns!!
They cleaned all my floor tiles and grout (and then, resealed the grout). This included 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a
laundry room, an entryway, and a hallway.
Since I had not resealed the grout in 7 years, I was quite concerned that I may have permanently
damaged the grout by not doing it sooner; but Matt and Chad worked their “magic”. They scrubbed all the grout, used a powerful steam machine on all the floors, and then they used a hand-held steamer to clean ALL
the edges. They obviously cared about the quality of their work!
I was also grateful for the precautions that they took:
they entered the house with clean “booties”, and they used corner guards
to protect the walls and furniture from the long hoses.
By the way, if you want to see a sneak preview of what they do, go to youtube.com and type in
SacSurfacePro. That is how I found them!
I'm concerned because I already paid him and this might be the last of him. I hope you can get him to complete his contract as he should. He is very affable and convincing and that what throws the customer off. After he told me that he didn't do and quot;UNDER THE REFRIGERATORand quot;, I thought it over and was concerned that he should take that stand; after all, UNDER THE REFRIGERATOR, was part of the Kitchen floor and shouldn't be ignored. Also, and quot;UNDER THE KITCHEN DOORand quot; is also part of the Kitchen floor.
I hope that you can convince him that he has not completed his contract and should finish the job
Thank you,
Lorraine York
P.S. I'm 90 years old.
- Little more to add, but we would certainly recommend and use him again.Apparently they service granite, tile, shower glass, natural stone and stainless steel. Call them for cleaning and repair!
