I lived in Sacramento until two years ago, but I still go back to Sacramento to see my vet. They are pricier than a lot of vets, but I trust them. I am more than willing to go to them. I know you can go to other places that are cheaper. I know that she get quality care. She does have medical issues, so she is in there on an regular basis. I had a vet that I went to for years, and I didn't like that happened with my previous cat. I tried this place, and I know they are considered higher priced. I trust them, and I have been going there for years. $210 is cheap, compared to the bills that I have had. I know the cat hospital well. The doctors are top rate, and the vet techs are good. I think they train new ones all the time, because Lainey seen a new one today. They are pricier than other places. I don't want to mislead people on that. The people who go there on an regular basis, choose to go there.

I do feel comfortable with them. I was recommended to them by somebody that I shared an airport ride. I had a rescue cat that I had got at the time and I had taken her to another vet, but they were not able to really find out what the problem was with it. Sacramento Cat Hospital were quickly able to diagnose him and get him the right medication and he has required two surgeries in the past. They just genuinely seem to care about the animal. I really like their vet. They have a good staff and their hours are very convenient. There are a lot of little things about them that I like, but they specialize just in cats and seem to be able to cater them better than any other vet that I have taken him to. They know cats and if you have cats that is the place to go. Their pricing is fair to average. I do not thing that they are overly expensive.

These people are lovely! I had such a wonderful experience with Dr Irene and Heather. They are so gentle and you can tell they really love cats. They spent time with me while I asked questions about medications and were very thorough in answering them. I arrived early, parking was easy and I was seen on time. I'm so happy to have found them.

Very competent and friendly professionals-treated my cat as if he was one of their own.

They are very gentle and passionate when taking care of the cats. They are very attentive, professional and courteous. They are also very supportive when you are dealing with emotional situations. They also take in stray cats, take care of them and find homes for them.

It's a cats only facility. The doctor there is one of the few people certified for felines only. They are excellent. They know everything there is to know about cats, and they love cats. We just highly recommend them for anybody with cats.

I have three cats of various ages, they treated each cat as an individual. They really care about cats and since they only do cats they are extremely knowledgeable.

SACRAMENTO CAT HOSPITAL seem to do a decent job on my cat. They deserve A's in all categories for the survey.

The vet would not allow me in the room while they treated my cat. The care was not consistent and they seemed a little high in cost to me. The quality of work was OK I guess since my cat did get well. I just don't think I would ever go back.

I've seen all the vets over the years (Dr Martin, Dr Irene, Dr Carter and Dr Krista) and they and the techs are all very knowledgeable about cats and care about their patients. They offer all the latest tests and treatments but also offer things that other vets don't. Good example was when my cats needed their teeth cleaned and they offered a hand-scale which was much cheaper, worked just as well and avoided having to put my cats under anesthetic. They give the cats a sedative like a kitty valium so its not stressful for them. They will take over responsibility for cats if owners cannot afford/manage required treatment and get them better and find homes for them. Recently Tony a 5 year old tabby with urinary crystals was nursed back to health, adopted and is now fine and just needs a special cat food to stop the problem returning.

I HAVE TWO CATS AND HAVE ALWAYS SEEN DR IRENE. SHE IS CARING, COMPASSIONATE AND KNOWLEDGABLE. TECHNICIANS HANDLE THE CATS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND HELP INSTRUCT THE 'PARENT' OF THE PETS AS THE EXAM PROGRESSES. THE ATMOSPHERE IS RELAXED, AND I HAVE NEVER HAD AN UNUSUALLY LONG WAIT FOR MY APPT. THEY ALSO BOARD CATS.
