+ -1 moreVery pleased with outcome. We got a fixed bid up front and Rick stuck to it. Additions were discussed and approved in writing beforehand. Rick is a one-stop shop and doesn't subcontract out his work (unless it's electrical or some other specialty he isn't licensed for). Only criticism I have is that the work took quite a bit longer than any of us anticipated, although I attribute this to the poor construction of the original carport more than faulty estimates or poor planning.
Description of Work: Converted existing attached carport into a two car garage. Required drafting plans, running through planning process, preparing foundation (including French drain), framing, firewall, electrical and a new ceiling.
