 + -1 moreSteve Penn did an excellant job. He REALLY strives to do an expert installation and cares that his installation is done well. He has a lot of pride in his work. He is really self sufficient and has a extensive tool and part truck to get the job done. Plus he is a nice friendly person to work with. The installation passed the City Inspection with flying colors. I highly recommend Penn-Air.
Description of Work: Penn-Air (Steve Penn owner) installed a new HVAC system in my older (built 1924) home. He removed the 20+ year old system and replaced it with a energy efficient Rudd split system. He handled the City Building Permit and guided me through the SMUD rebate process (which amount to a $500 rebate).
