$290
Colin came by once, decided that the leak was coming from the pump, and replaced the pump. We paid him $290 for his work and the pump. Note - the same company had replaced the pump 2 years and 4 months earlier. After installing the pump Colin left, announcing "no more leaking." With the next load the leak was still there, so I don't think the pump was the problem, but Colin was happy that he sold us the pump. He came out again and explained that the basket wobbled too much and that is where the leak came from. We washed a few more loads, still leaking. I called to see if another technician could look at it. They immediately put Colin on the line and he argued for a few minutes, finally agreed that they could send someone else to look at it. That never happened. What he could have done with the first visit was just tell us the machine is too old, the leak can't be fixed, and that's it. Instead he had to sell us another pump, which we didn't need.

We`ve used their services twice in the last few months. First to repair our LG washer and second to repair the LG dryer. Very happy with their work and I would not hesitate to call them again., The above date and cost are estimates as I do not recall exactly when or how much.

Tech arrived during the 2 hour time allotted. Quick diagnosis of problem. Part unavailable  on weekend. Returned Monday at set time, repair complete in 45 minutes. Tech was courteous, professional. I would use their service again and recommend them.

There was a bottle of shampoo that was leaking from the shelf above the washer and dryer. He wiped up the mess and was very friendly.

Not a very good experience. When they removed the microwave they broke a very nice dish I had laying on the counter. I feel they are very dishonest. They actually came out to do a repair on a repair they had previously done.

I think very well. I would certainly check the price of any material or replacement part from an independent source or the manufacturer/distrbuter before consenting to the work or service. I came very close to throwing away $300.00. I don't know if this was because I am obviously a senior (but not elderly).

Badly. Checked on Angie's list for a company who could even work on this major appliance. Ratings suggested an "A" company. Kelles came out and diagnosed the problem. We had to pre-pay for the part - check only, no credit card. He promised the stove would be working in time for Thanksgiving. I received no call when the part arrived. After I called the store and found out the part was in he could only come on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. We set the time for an early appointment. When he didn't show I called. He informed me a friend had been drinking the night before and he needed to drive his friend somewhere to pick up his car and would be here in 30 minutes. Two and a half hours later he showed up with the part to install. At that point he found out the ignition switches were faulty and would have to order another part. I spent Thanksgiving with a house full of people and the burners clicking incessantly whenever the burners were on. The part apparently arrived when I was told it would, but I received no call from the store that it was in. I subsequently found out the part had arrived a week prior to my call. At this point they knew I was unhappy with the service I had received. I reached someone at the store who told me the repair person had previously picked up the part. I told them I had not heard from him and was still waiting. Ten minutes later Kelles called to set a time to put in the parts. He could come between 3 and 5 p.m. It was early in the morning, 8 a.m. I told him I needed to take my mother to the doctor that day at 12:30 and if he could come in the morning I would be available. He told me he had to drop his children off at school at 10:50 and would be at my house ten minutes later. He arrived at 11:40 a.m. He said he could install the part in 40minutes so I would not be rushed. With the stove top in pieces he asked if I still had the stove's manual as he didn't know which burner was #1 and which was #2. The stove works, but needless to say, my confidence in his work was at a low point with that request. While he was able to figure out how to install the part in the range, I expected someone who knew how to work on the range when they arrived as that was a specific request before we set up the initial service call. I had to call repeatedly for information if the parts were in, and to get someone to come out. As one of the previous reports mentioned (which of course I read more closely after my experience) he never seemed to remember we had made an appointment and seemed surprised every time I called.

On July 4th, I returned home from out-of-town to discover that my fridge and freezer were not working. I called around and found that Paramount did emergency calls on holidays. Kelles came out, checked my fridge, and determined that the compressor was shot. We discussed replacing the compressor vs replacing the fridge. My problem was compounded by the fact that I was scheduled for major surgery on 7/8. Due to the cost differences and my time constraints, I decided to go for the new compressor. Kelles did not have the compressor at the time, but stated he would have it on Monday or Tuesday. In the meantime, he recommended that I purchase dry ice to place in the fridge and the freezer, to hopefully salvage most of my food. After not hearing from him early Monday morning as expected, I called him. He said he would not have the compressor until the next day. I informed him that I would need to be at work at 10:30 on Tuesday. He assured me that he'd be at my house early enough to finish the job before I had to leave for work. On Tuesday, Kelles did not arrive at the time expected. I called him and reminded him that I needed to be at work. He didn't seem to have remembered that. He came over right away and replaced the compressor. (I got to work 2 hours late.) As it turns out, in December I'd had the same problem. I had my usual appliance repairman come out. He replaced the "hard start" and fan to the tune of $328. Kelles said that had been the wrong thing to have done (wrong part or wrong problem?), because it had overloaded the compressor. Anyway, the fridge has been working fine since. My food did not survive 2 days of dry ice.

He returned my initial call promptly, scheduled the appt quickly, came when he said he would. He called me with the estimate, then did the work. I had told him that I had found him on Angie's list, but forgot to ask for the coupon discount. He had already given the discount, without having to ask. I think he said I'll get another discount for my next job. Supposedly the cost was just for the parts. There is no travel time or inspection fee if you have the repair done. I hate paying those fees, so that sounded good to me. I was surprised at how much the parts were, but I have no idea how much they run. I never met him, but spoke to him on the phone three times. He was always professional. My tenant was happy.
