Thanks to Bjorn and his crew, my roof was completed in time for Thanksgiving and the rainy season to come. The color I chose became obsolete and I chose a similar color from the current selection. This company aims to do 2 roofs a week, rather than trying to do many jobs all at the same time. A focused product line (GAF Timberline HDZ) and experienced, courteous and professional crew. I found one screw not fastened correctly and they took care of it immediately the next day. Realistic expectations, and they included $500 in their price for dryrot repairs. I really appreciated using MHR and recommended them to friends.

The project was done on time . Bid for dry rot was 2000 dollars off but house was 45 years old and that should be expected. Bjorn was up front with possible extra expenses.

Very professional, hard working team whom I will recommend to friends and family. They needed to install some new boards at t he eves on two ends of the house and even said they would come back to paint them to match the newly painted trim. The new roof looks good.

Bjorn and Albert are great! No smoke and mirrors. Bjorn was up front and honest on what it would take to repair our roof. Ours was terrible. Lots of dry rot. Albert and his crew did an excellent job.

So disappointed in the customer service I received after hiring Bjorn and his team. We were sold customer service promises and workmanship features completely different than we actually received. We needed an overhaul on our old roof and we are promised communication throughout the process and reassurance of replacing any boards that were not in good enough condition. What we got was shotty workmanship and what felt like huge corners were cut. Our yard was a mess after they left each day and even after the final inspection. Boards that had holes from wear and tear were kept, nails coming through boards in obvious places (which were fixed after I complained, but to clear annoyance of the foreman). Communication is the biggest letdown. 1.5 years into the new roof, we have a leak that is caused damage inside. In the process of having it fixed- have received HORRIBLE communication from Bjorn. He had a foreman come out to look at it, never called to set up a time or day, thankfully I was even home. He went on the roof and I heard some banging on the roof. Iâ m awaiting what the problem was and what the foreman did to solve it, NOPE! He left!!!! He never came to talk to me, and I NEVER received a phone call after either. So disappointed in the customer service.

They never call back once they are paid. I paid cash, my fault. Never explain mush .had to talk to foreman most of the time. Never got a receipt of payment .called the owner twice .he is not honest.

My experience with MHR has been a breeze. They were very understanding of delays on my part and Bjorn was very helpful. Their prices are fair and transparent with explanations of everything involved. The crew was quick and curious to my neighbors. I could be happier with the work MHR did for me. I definitely recommend Bjorn and his team.

Due to covid-19 we had some communications issues that took some time to sort out. This is the only reason for the low customer service rating. Prior to the issues they had been great.

Make sure you have down in writing the specifics of your projects and not just a verbal agreement with contractor to avoid unnecessary change orders that increases the price.

Everybody was very nice and they did a great job. Definitely would recommend.
