+ -1 moreHE IS HARD WORKING AND ALWAYS COMES BY EACH WEEK. HE DOES THE WORK WITH A CREW SO THAT HE FINISHES VERY QUICKLY. THERE IS A BIT OF A LANGUAGE BARRIER, BUT HIS DAUGHTER WILL INTERPRET IF YOU CANNOT MAKE IT CLEAR TO HIM. HE LIVES IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND IS BUYING A HOUSE. SINCE HE NEVER ASKED FOR AN INCREASE, I HAVE RAISED HIM TWICE SO THAT I CAN KEEP HIM.
Description of Work: I HAVE HIM MOW MY LAWN AND EDGE IT. HE BLOWS CLEAN MY WALKS AND PATIO. HE TRIMS MY HEDGES. I WAS ADVISED THAT HE DOES WELL WHEN MOWING, BUT TO NOT HAVE HIM PRUNE OR PROVIDE OTHER GARDENING CHORES.
