Love 2 Fix

I cracked my cell phone screen due to carelessness. Love 2 Fix quoted me a price lower than anyone else from whom I could get a quote. It wasn't cheap, but that's the way it goes and the tech took the time to explain why this kind of repair is so expensive. They had to order the part which came in the next day and then they fixed my screen within just a few hours so that it it is good as new. Since they also repair computers, I took in my laptop due to an issue with the battery. They charged me $100 less for a diagnostic than the place where I had previously been going for computer issues and the diagnostic fee will be applied to the very reasonable cost of repair which is in process.

They were very fast and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

The owner checked the phone and found only the battery to have a problem. It had swelled. While I waited; he disassembled the phone, replaced the battery, and reassembled the phone for $75 including parts and labor. For less than $5 he replaced the front protection shield.

They were experienced repair people who disassembled the phone without damaging it, cleaned the corrosion of the circuit board, and replaced the parts that no longer worked. They showed me what they were finding throughout the repair process and adjusted the original estimate when parts they expected to replace were found to be OK. My phone works much better now and I feel I received excellent service. Took a while but, then, good work often does. I will use them again as needed.

Love2fix took care of all my phone needs. I have used their services for many years and keep coming back. The first time I used their services, I first went to another shop. I had gone in for a simple screen replacement. This shop attempted to replace the screen three different time, and by the third time I was fed up with having to pay for their mistakes. I was referred to Love2Fix and my experience instantly changed my attitude. The customer service was great, and the owner took care of me personally. He made me feel like my phone was his main priority. Not only was he up front about the repair, but he constantly kept me updated. The only thing he charged me for was the price of the item and labor. There was no mark up fees, and my phone was done by the end of the day. I recommend all my friends to this shop. Over all, this shop earned it's 5 stars.

I took it to the closet repair shop with the best reviews. The price for the repair was reasonable and was quick. I ran an errand and I came back to the shop, hopping to just wait in the lobby, and they were already done with it. This place is awesome and the people are so nice.
