Brian Arigotti is The First Contractor That I Have Ever Met and The First Company That I Have Ever Dealt With That I Can Truly Say, He Genuinely Took Ownership and Accountability During The Entire Process and Had True Integrity To Provide Exceed Expectation Service and Follow Up!  Brian Is The Guy, Every Home Owner Wishes For And If It Were Up To Me, I Would Clone Him!  Brian Is A Man That I Am Proud To Recommend To Others!

My overall experience with them was good. I would use them again in the future.                          

It went great...this was the easiest install I have ever had on my house.   they knew all the regulations for my county and how the inspectors are.  On time and reasonable on price.  Cleaned up all messess and done in a short time.

I had left a msg for Brian at Imperial to call me regarding an estimate. He called me by the next day and was out within 2 days to give me an estimate. He is a very knowledeable person on the laws and specs for each county. I am in Yolo cty and our requirements are stricter than Sacto Cty. He was more concerned about my efficiency of my unit by not putting it on the roof even though it was easier for him to do it that way. The other estimates I had they wanted to put it on the roof, which Brian told me I lose efficiency down to about 76% that way, but it is easier for the contractor. They were on time once we set it and out there for two days and cleaned up great and discussed the paperwork with me on the rebates and the inspection by the city of West Sact. He was wonderful!! I highly recommend him...Sometimes contractors will treat women differently than a man and Brian did not at any time make me feel like I didn't know what was going on. He explained things very clearly and has a lot of patience. Excellent work!!

Brian came out, described the pros and cons of putting the unit in the attic versus the basement, cut vents in the floor for air and recirculation, and explained the unit when complete. His quote was much less than that for the four other companies I had received estimates, and he stayed true to his quote. Even when an unexpected expense came up (he had to special order one of the vents).
