House To Home Inspections

It went great!  The inspection was extremely thorough.  Got pictures and detailed descriptions of all the major components in the home, clear documentation of problem areas and complete infrared pictures of every room and the outside of the home to document any areas of air or water intrusion.  Tom personally walked through the findings on-site and explained in detail what needed to be repaired and provided the context necessary to understand if the issues were major or minor and how soon the issues needed to be addressed as well as recommendations for regular maintenance needed to keep the property in tip top shape.  Tom was very knowledgeable, personable and flexible in rescheduling due to weather conditions not being ideal for the thermoghraphic scanning.  An all-around awesome experience :)
