He gave a very competitive bid and was able to even do the hauling and clean out work we needed to get completed. This helped us as we didnt have to find a different vendor for this type of work. He did such a great job for us, we also kept him on to handle monthly landscape maintenance.
Due to his hard work, we have now used him at local properties when we have a new commercial foreclsoure. He has worked at 3 of our Sacramento, Ca properties and also at a proprerty in Placerville, CA.
